Shipping Methods & Rates

Our current shipping methods are via USPS express overnight or 2-day priority mail. Shipping is only an option for certain products on our shop. Your shipping cost will automatically be calculated at checkout based on the mailing address and zip code to where the product is being shipped.

Return Policy

All sales are final unless the order is incorrect or arrives defective, damaged, or in poor condition. 

Items are eligible for a return only if the item delivered to you is incorrect or arrives damaged. All sales are final and refunds are not provided for items that are not received damaged or incorrect.

Items that are eligible for a refund due to damaged product, must be unused and images of damage to product must be provided and received as proof of damage to product.

All sales are final. No items will be eligible for a return unless the item received was incorrect. A receipt or proof of purchase for the product must be provided for any product return. Products returned will be inspected upon receipt of the returned item and a team member will be in touch to notify you of the received item return. Once the inspection has been completed, we will notify you if the item has been approved or rejected for a return or refund. If the refund is processed for the return, the original payment method used during the product purchase will be used to process your refund. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund process to complete as there is often a few days before a refund can be returned to the original account.

We will not be responsible for items received late or missing in transit back to us for a product return. Returns will be processed at the time the product has arrived to us. 

Items are only eligible for a product exchange if the item have been received defective or damaged. Please contact one of our team members at hello@juliarohdedesigns.com to request your exchange. Proof of damage to the item will be required to process the exchange.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning or exchanging an item. All shipping costs related to returns or original product purchases are non-refundable. We are not responsible for transit of returned or exchanged items. Any products that go missing in transit are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend purchasing tracking or shipping insurance for your package if the product is over $75.
